Hi , I am new to the Linux kernel, I want to understand the V4L2 kernel implementation and the user space APIs. My hardware which has the video decoder which is connected to the camera and video decoder output will be send to the SOC MIPI CSI2 receiver. Hello. I have one hard disk drive (sda). When I plug USB flash and boot OS, flash drive gets 'a' letters and hard disk becomes sdb. That's ruining my /etc/fstab. Also, HDD detected in BIOS as fourth(!) master. I suppose placing HDD jumper to detect drive as primary master can solve problem, but not sure. Thanks for help. Continue reading...

Hello to all friends, especially teachers : D Every time I would restart the computer .... It starts to download my internet is unlimited. I wanted to know whether it will happen to everyone or just happen to me. If you can give an explanation about this service. I am using Kaspersky Poor 3 and I do not think my computer has a virus. I went to the service and - BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service) got off and it was true. But after the restart the computer will start to download. Right now I am writing this post (BITS) with a maximum download speed of the Internet. This is ridiculous. Please help me. Of all thank you. I am waiting for your answer.

subsequent to installing the last updates to Win XP, my desktop Dell computer no longer recognizes my ps2 ports, so that my ps2 mouse and ps2 keyboards no longer work. My temporary work around is to use usb keyboard and mouse, but I prefer to have my few usp ports available for other things. How do I restore my PS2 ports functionality? I am trying to run UPS Worlship program on Windows XP but it doesn't display the programs content in full screen. The program will open in full screen but the content only takes up half the screen. I know support for Windows XP has ended but I was under the impression that old updates would remain on the download website. I had to reformat my hard drive and now I can't re-install all the old updates because the website has been removed, all I get is HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found. I can't afford a new operating system just yet. So have all the old updates been permanently removed or are they just somewhere else? Will the old updates be available to download at some point? I think I've found a bug on my Surface 2's Outlook Office application (Windows RT). The "Dock the Peek" task bar has a problem syncing the customized settings I've made with Office365's Exchange server. That is, those (conditional formatting) settings I've made on that task pane do not sync to my Windows 7 Professional / Office 2013 machine. I bought a Samsung laptop last year. I had no choice but to buy one with Windows8 - what a disaster! I have a WD hard drive with a capacity of 1.8tb which is permanently attached to my laptop apart from the odd hour or two when I use the laptop away from my desk. I set up file history to back up my files automatically, and every day it tells me it has done so. However, last night I checked the contents of the hard drive and found to my horror there were NO files backed up from this laptop, only the files from my old one. I have reloaded Windows 8 Pro using the CD I previously purchased and upgraded to the latest version of Windows 8.1 and it is all working properly. In my beloved windows 7, it would take me to my downloads, of which I have many, and which I have arranged in alphabetical order. Took seconds. Now windows 8 kindly displays them for me, but not in alphabetical order! Took me ages to find an item beginning with A! Well done Microsoft! I installed a new hard drive on my Dell Inspiron N7110 laptop because the system said it was in danger of failing. I had created a repair disc and attempted to use it to reboot so I could reimage the new hard drive from the system image I have saved. I got an error saying: Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the problem. Hello. I keep experiencing sporadic BSOD making reference to ' page fault in non paged area'. Their frequency fluctuates - sometimes I experience several in a space of a few hours, sometimes only 1 a week. I cannot tell what's causing them. At first I thought it may be the intensity of use - I run a lot of heavy duty software like photoshop - however just now all I had open was a Word file. The system always restarts without issue and can either behave for the rest of the session or BSOD again a few hours later. A colleague has Windows 7 and is using Windows backup to backup files and system images to an external hard drive. It is not clear from looking at the folder structure how much space each backup takes, and the general statistics in the backup program settings are too vague. Is there a way to know, for example, that the backup of April 10 made an image backup file of NN gigabytes, and the file backup takes up MM gigabytes?
