General Electric has announced plans to sell a new family of LED lightbulbs, the Link, that can be controlled remotely anywhere in the world by the new Wink app as part of their connected home efforts. Combined with the app, which is available for download for the iPhone, GE states, "Link eliminates the need for expensive add-ons typically associated with connected devices, making it an easy and cost-effective way for consumers to light up their smart homes." Apple's updated iPod touch lineup separates 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB capacity models by $50 price increments. That's new for Apple in the iOS device lineup. Previously for the iPod touch, and still for the iPhone and iPad, capacity models are separated by $100 price increments. With Apple kicking Aperture and iPhoto to the curb, the folks at Adobe are ready to pick up the pieces wherever they can. Specifically, they're letting it be known Lightroom and Creative Cloud Photography solutions aren't going anywhere any time soon. Is it possible to Upgrade from Windows XP Pro 32 Bit, to Windows 7 Home Premium 32 Bit. I have the Win 7 Install Disk. My CPU is an Intel E6300 Dual Core, and its supposed to be compatible with 32 or 64 bit. My system is: ASRock MB IDE/AGP-SATA 4CoreDual-SATA2 R2.0/A/ASR, Intel LGA 775 CPU E6300 2.8Ghz, Memory-2 Crucial-1 Gig each, DDR II-400Mhz 184 pin sticks (but will take DDR II 667/ MHz 240 Pin), HDD: IDE Seagate 320 GB ST 3320620A, NVidia 7600 GS AGP Video Card, Raidmax 500 Watt PS, 2 DVD-RWs.
