I'm running Windows XP SP2. My printer is an HP 3210 connected by USB and has been working perfectly for six months. Suddenly I have a problem. Occasionally printing works ok but mostly when printing, from any source, the printer starts to print then after a few lines it stops and the PC freezes (no mouse, no keys, no clock movement). The only way out is to switch off at mains. The only change made recently is from wired mouse to wireless logitech optical one. I've tried the following:- Re- installed mouse with latest software from web. Re-installed Printer and checked HP site which says my software and drivers are latest version. Cleaned Registry …

There are 2 programs from same company listed in the control panel "Add/Remove" list. If you click "Remove" on either of them it will launch the msiexec.exe followed by product code to uninstall the program. I see the uninstall string entries for one of the programs in registry: Local Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall. For the other program, I don't see it listed at all in the "Uninstall" list, even though that program definitely calls the msiexec.exe when user clicks "Remove" from "Add/ Remove" list. Is there any other place to get the path to where the uninstall path of that program is?

Hi all, running Win2000 Server, using VI6. Had no problems debugging, and (as far as I know) haven't installed anything new. Now I can't run the interdev debugger. I get an error message telling me there is no just- in-time debugger installed. However looking through the registry, all the keys seem OK (they all "join up" and all the inprocserver32 files exist.) Running C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\vsjitdebugger pulls up the same message. Have googled and found zip, so wondered if anyone else had experienced that (and hopefully fixed it), it could give me some pointers thanks in advance

Hi I'm having so trouble with my computer the issue is Windows will not repair itself or doesn't want to be re-installed. It crashes always at the same place asking for a driver for the sound car. The only option I have is to re-start the computer and Windows just go back to it setup mode, and then crashes again, so it's a never ending loop. Any ideas what should I do to overcome that problem? Cheers Jack

I used ROBOCOPY to copy a folder on multiple server with option /SEC. Now I would like to use SYNCTOY but it seems to copy the files without the rights. Is there any option in SyncToy GUI to contribute files with security rights?
