getting this error message on only 1 site. (site is private) have configured advanced settings to disable script debugging and not notify me of errors in ie7. also have tried running without addons and exiting out of av app. i really think that it is on the server of the domain, but i am just trying to seek out more options to make sure that it is not my browser or pc. also, memory is fine. have emptied all temp, history, etc... thanks for your suggestions in advance. grins. -rh

Lost disk (0), broke mirror, replaced the drive and rebuilt the mirror. But the drive will not boot without the help of my Fault tolerant disk. Disk (0) has c: as active partition and I have all the proper files and boot.ini set correctly. I've read and done everything in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/119467 & 120227 but still cannot get it to boot. Using the diskpart.exe utility it shows C:\ as active on both disk 0 and disk 1. I also booted to the windows 2000 startup and did a repair with the ERD, having it inspect startup and boot. Still no luck. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Im running XP on a new (3 months) dual core Atholon, and I'm having a problem with my cursor switching focus mid-typing. Sometimes it goes to the text prompt in another window, sometimes the text just doesn't go anywhere. Occassionally, as I try to post chat, I will hit enter a couple times, and it ends up restarting my machine. I'm using a Logitech USB G-15 keyboard, in case that makes a difference. A problem, no doubt related, is the sudden alt-tabbing to desktop while Im playing a full screen game. Has anyone any clue what might be the problem? I thank you in advance for any responses. Zed

Hi! I have a Windows enterprise with multiple workstations and servers. We write our own internal applications in VB.Net. One of these machines will not run these programs when logged in as a user. If I log in as the domain Administrator, all 3 apps work just fine like they do on every other workstation. On this one, any attempt to run them returns the error "The application has caused an exception and will now close" immediately upon launch. There are no other details other than the error report it wants to send that means nothing. I have: - Reinstalled .Net Framework 1.1 (not used by these apps) - Reinstalled .Net Framework 2.0 (they use this) - Ma…

For some reason which I have yet been unable to figure, a few of my users who were upgraded from NT profiles to 2003 profiles have a delay of approx 24hrs when printing to our color printer (shared out using AD). While newly installed profiles - not upgraded - have no delay. Any idea what is going on here?? Thanks, Tom -- Tom Zucker-Scharff Systems Administrator

I have got an error when running a C++ (Visual Studio 6) program which calls a method (bolCheckInput()) from a VB 6 dll.
