ADX can now ingest Event Hub data that existed before the creation of an Event Hub data connection in your ADX cluster. You can use this feature by entering the Event retrieval start date (under "Advanced settings") on the ADX's Event Hub data connection page of Azure portal, on the Kusto Web UI ingestion wizard (One-Click) , or by using the properties.retrievalStartDate of the data confection REST API. Note that the feature can only retrieve events retained by the Event hub, based on its retention period. This Auto-Scale function allows a customer to scale their Azure VMware Solution automatically to cost effectively meet their performance goals. The Azure VMware Solution has Azure Metrics for the percentage usage of cluster CPU, memory, and storage resources. These metrics are incorporated into Azure Alerts with thresholds for high-water mark and low-water mark values to trigger a call to an Azure Automation PowerShell Runbook via a Webhook which triggers the auto-scale node event within the Azure VMware Solution private cloud. One of the benefits of using this add-on is the simplicity of adding entry point for applications to your cluster with a managed ingress controller. This add-on works nicely with Open service mesh. The Default Rule Set 2.1 (DRS 2.1) on Azure's global Web Application Firewall (WAF) with updated rules against new attack signatures is now available to Web Application Firewall customers. This ruleset is available on the Azure Front Door Premium tier. We have released version 1.2 of the SQL Server 3rd Party Backend for Django. This release contains support for the release of Django 4.1, as well as a number of issue fixes. Our plan is to support major releases of Django and SQL Server, to ensure users of this project can keep up to date with Django while continuing to use SQL Server as a backend. Running load tests against private endpoints is a common scenario. The endpoints may be sitting behind a firewall, or they may be only accessible from within a virtual network, or they may not have been made public yet as they are under development. Microsoft Azure Load Testing supports private endpoint load testing using VNet injection. This injects the load generating virtual machines into the same virtual network as your private endpoint. Microsoft Sentinel is a cloud native SIEM that offers a variety of options to import threat intelligence data that can be used for hunting, investigation and other analysis. There are three ways to import rich threat intelligence data into Microsoft Sentinel – using the Threat Intelligence TAXII data connector, Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) connector or importing indicators of compromise or attack using a flat file.
