Tim notes that Microsoft will be submitting its shared-source licenses to the OSI for approval. He calls this "huge, long-awaited,...and earthshaking." It's actually none of the above, but it is welcome. It will do little to blur the "bright line between Microsoft and the open-source community," as Tim suggests it will. That bright line is increasingly drawn by Microsoft, and not by the community. This will not erase patent FUD, for example, from the collective consciousness. Dear All, i'm facing a problem with my windows vista ultimate. when i click on download link or downloading any file from internet in any browser. i received an error message that "Browser stop responding" & then my browser automatically restart and loads home page not last page. i worried about my problem. i switch my browser from IE7 to FireFox 1.5 then 2.0 then AvantBrowser and finally i tried Opera 9. but my problem still as it is. please help me to resolve this problem. i think there is a bug in my windows.

How do I read/interpret a (netstat) routing table ?

After entering a command netstat -rn on my computer I am getting the following information (see bottom). Ok, I know this routing table is used to direct TCP/IP packets to their destination. But how do I interpret this table ? For example has a routing command line higher priority the lower it is listed in the table ?
