If I open a document in the file explorer and then close it, I am unable to rename the folder that the document is saved in unless I wait quite a while. Otherwise, I receive a message that says "This action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program." I am able to rename the file that was originally opened, just not the folder it is saved in. This is the case for all folders on my computer, and the problem has been persisting for a week. Trying to figure out why my fairly capable laptop was not eligible for the Windows 10 to 11 upgrade, doing the PC Health Check just enlightened (and disappointed) me. My laptop (HP Elitebook 850 G4) has an Intel Core i7 7500U 2.70ghz processor, which easily meets the stated hardware requirements of 1ghz speed and a minimum of 2 cores, but I'm told it's somehow not on the list of supported CPU's. Before the latest Windows 11 update my Bluetooth headphones (R-Phonax hearing aids) worked fine and had sound and connected to Bluetooth well. Now it will just not unmute. Clicking on the mute button does not unmute it, it stills muted no matter what I do. Changing sound to speaker produces sound but it is no longer connected to my headphones. Hi,For some reason I am unable to login my normal user when logging on my laptop. Each time I try login, it won’t allow me to put a password in, just asks to do single use code, which I get emailed to me, input it and takes me back to sign in screen again.So I created a new user, lets me login.
