I am running Windows XP and an NVIDIA GeForce FXGo5200. I am running Media Shout application software and need to see the application, but project only the image not all the application images. This works fine when cabled to a projector via an S-Video cable. However, I have recently installed a "New Soft Presto WMS2.5" wireless video adaptor and cannot get it to work. I can project the image of the screen on my laptop fine. But Windows XP/The NVIDIA card apparently does not recognize the wireless connection as a second monitor. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I tried to install Easy CD Creator 6 and after going through the installation of all the files, you have to reboot. Upon rebooting, I get a blue screen error that says "Driver_unloaded_without_cancelling_pending_operations". I have to start up in safe mode and choose a restore point prior to this to start windows again. It references the file "CDR4_XP.SYS". I cannt find any help files on this and I don't know how to make it work. Any ideas? Hi! :-) Suppose I'm looking at Windows Explorer and there is three rows of thumbnails on the screen. I hit Page Down/Up and it moves two rows. How do I get it to move three rows? Can that even be done?

I ended up using the remedy of adding the line, "{e17d4fc0-5564-11d1-83f2-00a0c90dc849} in the registry. It works beautifully now. How can I change the direction of the extension for my extended desktop? I am using a laptop and an external monitor. The desktop is now extended to the right side, but I would like to change it to extend to the left side. The option was first presented on the initial attachment of the monitor, but I cannot find an option to change it now.

I have two icon entries appearing for one program in the upper portion of the Vista Start Menu [ both relating to my Legacy 6.0 Family Tree program ] with one icon above the other. If I delete one, the remaining one does not function and cannot be deleted. I have tried a re-install for this program but that did not resolve it. The program is installed to C/Legacy [ Software manufacturers recommend this - was same on XP ] and not to C/Program Files. Hi: I find I'm readily able to restart my Dell PC--No difficulty with this. However, when I choose "turn off" instead of "restart", I have difficulty turning it back back on via the ON button. What is most peculiar here, is that I have no such difficulty if I press the ON button within ~5 minutes after it shut down. If I wait any longer, I'll see expected green lights on the kb and on the front of the PC tower. I'll hear the sounds from the PC showing that it's in fact ON. But nothing appears on the monitor. I can get the PC back on by holding the button long enough to reshut it , and then pressing it again. Or if that proves not to work readily, I c…
