I've searched the posts and don't seem to find an answer for failed installation of this security update. I've tried many times. I have Office 2007, Windows XP. And Outlook will not recieve emails, MSN mail hangs up and I get an error 3211 that says I must upgrade to a Windows Live Hotmail A/C. Don't know if these two things are connected. I contacted an MSN support person and she had me delete my ID and password to get into MSN and then we were disconnected so a 3rd prob showed up as I cannot get the Live Wizard to come up. Now I can't sign in either. Can anyone relate or help???

I just want to thank you for asking this question, I needed it answered as well. I followed Andre De Costa's instructions...I right clicked the Mahjong Deluxe shortcut on my desktop, followed the suggested proceedures clicking on Administrator and checked the Windows XP compatibility mode box and, voila, success! But I didn't have the exact same problem you had. I loaded the Mahjong game up on my new computer, entered the registration key and when asked to dowload the new Mahjong patch (wouldn't let me play Mahjong until I did so), it started the dowload, but then when the patch download finished, the game went Kaput! It just shut completely down. These ins…

Hi There, I have been given a laptop to fix, it is running vista premium, im not that used to vista yet, (Still using XP and Ubuntu) It will only boot into recovery mode, if I tell it to do a startup repair it sits in "Attempting Repair" for hours and never gets any further, (left it for over 16 hours) if I select safe mode it also goes into repair mode, I managed to get it into windows using "last known good" and it all worked fine, so I backed up what data I could find and restarted, now it is back to recovery mode and last known good also goes into recovery mode.... im guessing there is a flag somewhere telling it to go into recovery mode as nothing is wron…
