I have an ASUS Zenbook UX7602ZM. The 1 TB ssd in it has a problem that causes the computer to crash after login. I took the card out, put it in an ssd enclosure and tried to copy all of the files to another computer. I have 2 partitions, one for data and the other for the OS. The ssd was bitlocked. Strangely, with a different bitlock code for each partition. I suspect that the OS partition was using an old bitlock key since I must have used Acronis to install the OS from a backup on the older laptop. I like to run my account under standard user on my Windows 11 PC and then I keep a local account with admin functions. I've just transferred my files from a W10 laptop to my new W11. I installed an old Office Pro 2007 and downloaded MS365 on licence from my employer.Some of my files were started a long time ago and in the data transfer seem to have taken in Office 2007 as well. When I try to open them from File Explorer I get messages about installing Word/Excel every time. If I X-out of these the files do eventually open in 2007 version. Hello,i have an asus b5 b5404 with intel core ultra 7 155h. I want to enable secure launch/firmware protection, but I cannot get it to work. I tried turning on TXT in bios but cannot find the seting altough my procesor should support it. Then I discovered that hyper - v (I use it for vms) vould interfer with that and that i need to enable intel VT -d. Hey,My keyboard, mouse and mic all keep their lights on at night, when the pc is shutdown, and i have to manually go and unplug them, but i want them to turn off when pc shutsdown.The only solution i've found is to turn off (or on, i dont remember) ERP in bios settings. I also have set up my alexa to Wake on LAN, so I only turn on my pc with alexa.
