Howdy, I'm running XP SP3 on a Dell Latitude D610. If I open the "Help & Support Center" and click "User's Guide" nothing happens. I do have the HTML User's Guide on the system, but obviously, not in the proper location. Where should I put it to allow it to be seen by the "Help & Support Center" link? " If opportunistic locking is disabled on the client end would this be the same as "The client is unable to use opportunistic locking?

Hello. I occasionally connect my PDA via Bluetooth through the internet connection of my old laptop for internet access. On my new laptop, there is no share tab on the Bluetooth Device control panel to set this up. Have I set this up incorrectly? Is there a way to show this tab for this (and file sharing and the like)? I have Windows XP Service Pack 2. I can't download updates and am getting this an error message that my browser can't load that webpage with the Error code 0x8007000B. The updates have to do with critical security updates that my anti-virus software has detected as high and very high threats MS08-028, -031, -033, -046, and 049. Do you have any suggestions?

This is to the person that had the same problem I did. IUSER_ADMIN profile kept recreating itself. It had to been a virus I went through system deleted files that were created when it happened. Went throught he registry and deledted entries that were created that day and was unfamiliar to me. Well it worked and its gone computer is running fine. Not to mention found viruses that nortons didnt completely remove. Took care of them as well manually. I cant tell you the one thing that worked, cause I did so many.

I have got the same problem with my HP laptop and Windows Vista Home edition. I have tried many things but no result. Can't get updates to install in Vista Home Premium. Keep getting an error message of 8e5e0152. Can't find that one anywhere! Also I don't have an install disc for vista so a clean reinstall of the OS would be difficult. Help!

I had the same issue and found out this has to do with restricted usage rights applied to the wma files to prevent unauthorized version being deployed. The audio/ video file tries to go on the internet and refresh usage rights automatically. To correct the problem, do these steps: - Open Windows Media Players - Go to Tools | Options | Privacy tab - Remove all checkmark from “Enhanced Playback and Device Experience” - Click Apply and then OK - Close Windows media player and restart your computer - Try he same song again and you won’t get the prompt ever again. I am after some general ideas here. We've set up a standard EBS environment with 3 boxes: management server, messaging and security server. Cool. Then we thought we would like a Terminal server and seeing that the management server box had 8GB of RAM, why not play around with virtualisation and put the TS in a VM rather than as a direct role on the management server.
