We are using Windows Server 2003 R2 64-bit Enterprise Edition. It is our Terminal Server. We are not able to configure Outlook Profiles. Right-click on the Outlook Icon in Start Menu shows only 3 options - Read Mails, Internet Properties and Remove from the list. Access to Control Panel have been restricted, so users cannot access "Mail" control panel applet in "View x86 Control Panel Icons". How can I enable the "Outlook Properties" option in Start menu? Or how can I enable the "Mail" icon to be shown directly in "Control Panel" rather than in "View x86 Control Panel Icons"? Thanks in Advance. Best Regards, Denis Dudhia

I used Firefox 3.0.3 to watch the video news clips on CNN's site (http://www.cnn.com/) on my HP desktop running Windows Vista Home Premium. Everything is perfect until I clicked on Full Screen mode. The video is great, but the audio splutters and is totally incomprehensible. Oddly enough, Full Screen with Youtube's videos were perfect. It's only the CNN videos that gave this problem. Can someone explain to me (in pursuing my earlier 'user name assigned to new profile' problem) how it is that some profiles are clearly present, showing up in MyComputer/Properties/Advanced, and opening with ctrl alt delete, but they do not show up in (XPHome) in Control Panel User accounts, run: control Userpasswords, or Userpasswords2? This is all rather puzzling. I know I can arrange not to show a profile on the welcome screen, but do not see how it can disappear from Control panel and userpasswords. Explanation much appreciated.
