We are using AVG 8 for clients on our domain. We are bringing a computer lab that is using Symantec Endpoint 11 for its anti-virus onto the domain. The Symantec clients are running Vista, and the AVG clients are running XP Pro SP3. Will this setup be problematic? -- Thanks! Robert

One of the workstations on my network booted up this morning with the following message: lsass.exe system error - the specified domain name did not exist. This workstation has updated virus scanning software installed on it and has been updated with recent windows updates. I tried running the repair tool off of the XP pro disc and i get the same error. Any ideas on how I can fix this problem without the ability to boot windows (in safe mode or otherwise)?
