Hi, I decided to reinstall windows. I installed Windows 7 64 again. I had windows 7 64 installed before, but I suspect for this question Windows 7 64 behaves similar to Windows Vista 64. I have ghost backups of my previous install. However, I forgot to export 1 certificate from IE that I need. Is there any way I can get it back by mounting a ghost image and browsing the files? Can I somehow pick out this individual certificate either with windows explorer or with some special piece of software? Or is there a way to restore all IE certificates or all windows certificates to my new install? by copying files from the ghost image to my new windows drive?…

It’s a great opportunity to find out what’s going on with Internet Explorer. Many people from the engineering team will be at the conference both giving talks and helping out at the IE compatibility lab. To whet your appetite, we figured we’d put everything together in one place so you can see what’s going on. Dean Hachamovitch’s Keynote Th…

Hey folks! This is not a critical issue but it is driving me crazy and I haven't been able to find an answer to this on the net. Hopefully one of you exceedingly bright people will shed some light on the errors I'm getting. The setup is this: I use Arcserve to back up our various servers (all fully up-to-date Windows 2003 SP2), mostly using shares on those servers as the targets. Haven't had any problems with this procedure until I created our standard backup area on a new server that's running SQL 2005, which dumps its backups into this area. I've double and triple checked all permissions and they are identical to all the other backup areas on our networ…
