Does anyone know whether the Task Scheduler in Vista Home Premium SP1 can pick up the event of a USB Device being loaded. I don't want a VB task to cycle round on a timer checking for the existence of the drive, nor do I want a windows form or console window appearing until the scheduler detects a USB device load. I also have all autorun processes disabled and do not wish to resolve this process via the autorun. AlanP

During the IE8 beta periods, we unveiled a bunch of exciting new changes to the address bar. Throughout the beta period, we observed how the feature was being used and listened to your feedback. Two major themes developed from this feedback: performance, and control. We made several changes under the hood with the net result of improved performance by 50% on average, and over 98% in some scenarios.
