Hello, I have received this error when trying to download this particular file via windows update. I do not think that I have asked this question here. I believe that I have researched it. I used a windows troubleshooter, which says it will be discontinued. Today, I decided to explore my computer settings out of curiosity to see if there was anything I could personalize. While doing so, I attempted to add a guest account to my PC. File Explorer does not work for me at all since 2 weeks ago. It does not launch at boot except that it shows up in Task Manager under "Windows processes" using 3.2 MB of memory. Hey guys, when I purchased a digital download of Windows 11 (so that I could flash it to my recently built gaming pc off a usb), I never received a confirmation email for my purchase.
