Hello! Explorer.exe began to use much of CPU (it look like) after increasing RAM from 2GB to 6GB. Explorer.exe uses much of CPU when I open a 4Gb mkv file in VLC player when uTorrent has been seeding for 8 hours already. OS is Windows Vista Ultimate SP2 x64. Page file is 'system managed' on G: HDD. Before increasing RAM, HDD was busy for several minutes in 30 minutes intervals when uTorrent has been seeding. They had me create a new account and then, using the procedure from the MS KB, copy everything over to the new account. I am getting these events about 3 times a minute.Service Control Manager-event ID 7023 comes up first. Then RASMEN comes up with event ID 20035.They come up in the event viewer/system.Not sure if this means anything in event viewer/application I get USERENV 1517. This happens when I close the computer down. I reloaded an older copy of the registry but it came back. First I had tried shutting down ZA to see if it would help and it didn't. With the RAACM ,RACM both on manual I tried to see if I could start one or both.I couldn't. Hi, IIS-5.1 was working on my XP before but stopped some time ago. Currently WWW (and FTP also) is stopped and got this event.
