In Vista you cannot get the disk free space as you did in XP. Is there any way to get this back as it was a really useful feature and why was it removed? It isn't in Windows 7 either.

I have been using the Windows Servers as a desktop since NT first came out. I am a serious middleware developer and am familiar with most Microsoft applications and how to find issues. This one eludes me, when I go to www.adobe .com (Internet Zone) IE starts to load then hangs when I am a user on 2008. If I go to the site as the local builtin admin account (Internet Zone) everything works just fine. Tried using ProcessMonitor to see if anything stands out but no denied accesses are reported. Also tried running IE as an admin but that shows the same results. Any ideas ? Thanks.

hello, I do have a batch file which contains the following: reg delete HKCR\CLSID\{key} /f I am trying to run the batch file as a normal user in vista and I am getting an error access_denied. Can I achieve the same through the command line. I tried the same using runas also: runas /user:%computername%\administrator but that needs password and need manual intervention, that I don't want. I am able to delete the registry key as an administrator and I want to achieve the same in normal user login. Is there any way to delete the registry key as login as normal user and providing the administrator credentials. Thanks in advance, Punit
