    Hi All, I am writing a backup application and when I try to read system junction folder "C:\Document and settings", I get an error "Access denied". This is expected behavior of the system but I need to read the directory/folder to get the meta data of the file as part of backup application. To get the meta data of the folder, I need to read the folder but MSDN (Junction Points (Windows)) specify junction point access control lists (ACLs) set to deny read access to everyone and also added --- "Applications that call out a specific path can traverse these junction points if they have the required permissions.     Hi all, I wanna know if someone have any idea about how the previews in taskbar can appear without delay.....if i put the mouse over a taskbar boton is a little delay like 0.5 seconds....after that the previews are instantaneous... but that first delay is annoying. The MouseHoverTime registry key don't change anything in Vista. Thanks

    I was changing the customize view of a folder in my pictures and suddenly all the folder views changed including the "My Pictures" and "My Videos" to the picture I had used for the one folder. I got most changed back but am unable to change the ones without the "customize" option. Is there a way to get this back to normal?
