one of users keeps getting "error 521 - Can't open Clipboard" when he opens a new Word or Excel doc. Word and Excel takes turn to get this message. I have run 'clipbrd' to delete all, but no luck. Please advise. Thanks Calvin

(moved from office.misc newsgroup) (also moved updates I found) WinXP, Office 2k(pro). all updates Tried to open Word this morning and get this error msg. This lead me to try and open other Office products with no luck except Publisher. (Windows Installer) "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and you can access it." This is a system that has worked fine for 4+ years. Can't open Excel, Access, Outlook, Powerpoint using Program- Word, etc.or Frontpage but I can open Publisher!! When I inserted O2k disk it doesn't auto open so I go to setup.exe and get the same error ms…

Hi Sean, Almost. You are using the Search Box that is at the top of every page on connect. Not the IE8 specific search box that is only on the IE8 Feedback page. 1. Logon and go to the IE8 feedback page. 2. Click the 'Feedback' menu button on the lhs. You should see 2 search boxes on the page. One (at the top rhs) for site searches and one (below it) for IE feedback searches. Use the IE8 feedback search. When the search results are displayed you should THEN see the "Submit Feedback" button at the bottom lhs. Regards.
