This decision is in response to worldwide market trends and evolving customer needs. Microsoft continues to invest in forums to reduce customer effort, consolidate community venues and make it easier for active contributors to retain their influence. Forums provide a healthy community environment with less spam and make answers easier to find by customers and search engines. Additionally, forums offer a better user and off-topic management platform that will improve customer …

I am able to play fine up to the point where Sarge and the Commander are captured by the Covenant Brutes. Before the next scenario starts, which I'm pretty sure is titled Gravemind, I get a message to insert the Halo 2 disc - which is already in the drive - and I get booted out to the main menu. I sometimes get the error message, "The procedure entry point CreateProcessWithTokenW could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll." There are two instances of ADVAPI32.dll in my system: one in WINDOWS\system32 and one in WINDOWS\SoftwareDistributionDownload\...

I am trying to import some spreadsheets (that were originally tables in a word doc) into Access 2007. I am able to keep the track changes when copying from word to excel, however they dissapear when importing to access (or copy/paste into access). The project I'm doing requires that users be able to see any changes that have been made to these records, so I need to find a way to keep the engrossing when putting it into access. My thought is that I can replace strikethroughs with the text in brackets and replace additions with the text in angled brackets (or something like that). Even though Access 2007 supports rich text, it doesn't import track ch…

Hello, I was restarting my desktop after it got stuck in a frozen screen. Upon reboot it loaded up with a blank screen. In hindsight I think I might have restarted during an install of a windows update, which could have ended up screwing the main configuration of the comp. I decided to go for a wipe of the hard drive (had a fresh backup) and re-install. Yet I have no C: listed The HDD is fine (No weird noises.), it makes a healthy spooling up sound on startup, but thats it. Its just on a year old, 500 GB Seagate, it is not SATA drive so there shouldnt be any drivers needed. Is there an obvious fix for this problem? From looking on…

My organization will upgrade all the client desktop computer from XP (SP2) to Windows7 (64-bit) with Office 2010 (32-bit) and IE8 by the end of this year. Our group is currently using Project Server 2003 (SP3) with SQL Server 2005 (SP3). I would like to know if the current configuration of client - Project Professional 2003 and PWA 2003 (SP3) - will be compatible with the new Windows 7 environment. In the official Microsoft Windows 7 Compatibility site, Project Professional 2003 is certified as "compatible", but no information on PWA. I also concerned about PWA and IE8 compatibility. I wonder if anyone knows if PWA2003 works with IE8 on Windows7?
