Hi I don't seem to be able to create folders. I hit new,and try to rename the new folder and it will not let me rename it. If I want to keep it , it must stay as new folder. A box will come up with a x in a red circle and it says that it can't find the folder. It will also do this for files. I can only use save as to download and it must go into an existing folder. Any body have this happen to them.
