Right click on shortcut of Sims 2 and run as Administrator. This fixed my problem. Hi, Anyone taking much notice of the xbox kinect ? as far as i knew it was called project natal until i came across some xbox kinect forum, i have 2 young kids (6,8year olds) and they love the Wii, they also watch me game on the pc and question why pc games look better than wii games but now after seeing how good the xbox kinect looks do you think it will catch on or just another ploy by MS to make some extra cash.. would love to hear what you Microsoft fans think of this.

After I installed the Vulnerability in Windows Shell Could Allow Remote Code Execution (2286198) the icon shortcuts show up as blank white icons....? I checked the properties and it is set to display the application icon image.

I'm working on a dual boot PC for my daughter. I have a USB wireless-n adapter that for some reason WinXPPro SP3 has decided to firewall. I have the only excutable for it as well as the driver listed in the firewall exceptions list. It worked for a day or two but now WinFirewall seems to think it knows better. What gives?
