    Hi guys, i have a problem on my windows 2008 server: any time i try to install a new service i have the following error message: "insufficient system resource exist to complete the requested service" and i can't create the service anyone can help me? thanks

I have a pc with windows server 2008 R2 and work excellent and no problems I used the same cd to install it in another pc but the mouse has stopped and i checked it in the Device Manager and got this message: " Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information in the registry is incomplete or damaged (code 19)" I tried several mouse of PS2/USB and it still the same & no new The mouse worked during the installation and in the safe mode and in other mods except on the desktop the cursor is hidden. Basically the mouse is working and its successfully installed in the windows! What is the problem ? how I can fix it ? Maby this…

    I am able to use ipv4 with no issue. rsh < windows ipv4 > hostname it WORKS !! but , bash-3.00# rsh < windows ipv6 : fd20:8b1e:b255:40fa:bd1a:314f:abb4:48d9 > hostname fd20:8b1e:b255:40fa:bd1a:314f:abb4:48d9: Connection refused I used netstat -ano and found that the ipv6 port is black and not showing as listening or established. i am using Cygwin in this windows machine to accept rsh/ssh/telnet request from any unix machine. After few trial and error - I was able to ssh to the windows client using ipv6 address. but rsh using the ipv6 address is still not working.     Hello im new to the forum and require help. I do not mean to give you a life story but im an ill experianced person require knowledge. Recently i installed windows server 2008 R2 and would like to setup a FTP server and host websites, i have installed roles such as IIS and ftp sever role, when i type in my ip in the browser or localhost.com i see the default website. Now i am trying to link a domain name from the website www.co.cc which is free, but i am unaware of how its done, I was confused when it asked for my server name. if you can help me please do.

    I have setup a VPN on windows 2008 SBS 64. Problem is after connection of VPN from my computer to SBS serve, server loose all connections. Can't use RDP anymore, can't access server through network. even if not connected on VPN server loose all connections after fev minutes. Have no idea what can cause this. If I disable VPN server works ok.
