I have a Thinkpad X1 and have never had any trouble with it. This past week my computer updated over night and the next morning when I tried to log in it said I couldn’t use my Face ID and that I must use my Pin. I typed in my pin and it popped up with Error code 0xd0000225. I tried logging in with my password to my Microsoft account but it said incorrect password.
