so ive got an ongoing issue regarding LAN access on my VPN for ages now i can get no LAN access over my VPN, the VPN is assigned users with a different subnet to the LAN ie. lan is 192.168.1.1 and VPN is 192.168.0.1 this is all fine and all connects, however it assigns me a GATEWAY of 192.168.0.2 and IP of 192.168.0.3/255 i just found the my router doesnt support GRE protocol forwarding, so all i currently have forwarded is 1723 for PPTP could the GRE forwarding be related to no LAN access??? and is there a way around it? Thanks

The Web is better when developers can use the same markup and same code across different browsers with the same results. The second platform preview of IE10 makes progress in this area by fully supporting the HTML5 parsing algorithm. This continues work we started in previous releases to improve IE

By Thurrott, Paul Starting tomorrow, July 7, new Verizon Wireless customers will no longer be offered an unlimited data plan as an option with a new smart phone. This confirms news from last month that it would stop offering unlimited data plans to its customers and moved to a tiered bandwidth system. Source: Win Super Site

Browsers need amazing performance to deliver on the promise of HTML5 applications. Web developers need API&rsquos to efficiently take advantage of modern PC hardware through HTML5 and build high performance Web applications with efficient power use for great, all around customer experiences. The second IE10 Platform Preview supports three emerging API&rsquos from the W3C Web Performance Working Group which enable developers to make the most of the underlying hardware and use battery power more efficiently: requestAnimationFrame, Page Visibility and setImmediate. By Thurrott, Paul Developers, finally, have gotten the word that users cherish simplicity above all else. And while we will chug forward into this simpler future in fits and starts, and with much gnashing of teeth from the digerati elite, make no mistake. This future is as inescapable as gravity. By Thurrott, Paul Microsoft’s Hotmail web email service celebrated its 15 anniversary yesterday--few remember, but the service was originally called HoTMaiL because those capitalized letters form HTML, the web’s markup language--but instead of a massive retrospective--which I have to say I’d appreciate--the company is instead looking back over the past year. By Thurrott, Paul As far as the SuperSite is concerned, this is where it all began, with Windows NT 5.0, or what Microsoft later renamed to Windows 2000. While I had previously maintained a section of the Internet Nexus called "The Future of Windows," the SuperSite got its start during an August 1998 reviewer workshop, where I became inspired by Microsoft’s decision (later delayed to Windows XP) to merge the Windows 9x and NT codebases into a single OS.
