I have Windows 7 PC and after Microsoft did 14 auto installations yesterday I can no longer sync to my Windows phone. I've had no problem syncing with Windows Mobile Device Center for 6 months and now when I sync it says...' Outlook has not been installed" on my phone. I never did anything other than try to sync yesterday after Microsoft did the 14 automatic updates one of those updates must have upset something on my phone because now I have no calendar or contacts on my phone and when I go to Windows Mobile Device Center "Change Content Sync Settings" it does not allow me to check 'contacts','calendar' or 'email'. Hi, I am trying to remove the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Backup Files from my offline syspred image. I am using the "/Cleanup-Image /Spsuperseded" command, and it works without any error, then if I try to use the /Set-Edition command it fails to upgrade while processing the first package. (Set-Edition works before using /Cleanup-Image, tested using a VM). So how can I delete these backup files without breaking the image? I can't do it online because it doesn't seem to work in Audit mode as Disk Cleanup never cleans the files up and they keep showing again. Hi guys. Since upgrading a PC here to Windows 7 SP1 and IE9 RTM no files can be downloaded using IE9. Upon downloading any file it gets to the end and then a message comes up saying that the file contained a virus and was deleted. anyone any ideas how to fix this ? I have had a look round the settings in IE9 and could not find anything. I have tried running IE without addons and resetting it back to defaults. After a scheduled scan, the process "MsMpEng.exe" will run at full CPU power until forcibly terminated and restarted. A scan is the only event that causes this issue, and forcibly terminating the process is the only way to get it to start again at "low resource use" mode, or else it would run for 24 hours until it's next scheduled scan at 100% CPU power.
