Hi, Running Windows 7 RTM x64 on both my PC at home and my workstation at work. My PC at home has a square monitor and my work PC has a widescreen monitor. I used webapps (citrix) from home to get into work environment then remoted to my workstation. Since doing that, when I am physically at the workstation (at work), I can no longer remote desktop to servers in full screen mode. Instead, it does a smaller window with "full screen settings". Basically the full screen remote desktop is about 3/4 size of the monitor, not 100%. Any help appreciated. -thanks Continue reading...

I'm having difficulty with Remote Assistance. I'm able to connect successfully using either an invitation file or offerra however when I connect the screen displayed on the helpers computer is skewed on about a 45degree angle, it appears to be some sort of display issue. The test systems I'm using are Dell laptops (Latitude E6320) any ideas on what might be causing this? I want to make unattend install of Windows 7 using WAIK tool, and deploy the image via WDS. What I'm trying to achieve is to make the unattend install and end-up with the "log-on screen" where I can just type the user name and password. Currently what I'm getting is that when fully unattend is finish it log-in itself to administrator and shows the Sysprep Tool pop-up. I know it could be done as I saw this happened when I volunteered at a public school, the tech just press F12 for every target machine and that's it fully unattended, when it finishes log-on screen shows up ready for students to log-in... Hi, I am trying to reformat my pc, and to do so i need to boot from my CD drive. I have the windows XP professional cd in the CD drive and have set the CD drive boot priority to highest. When starting up it gives me boot options, one of which is booting from CD, but when i choose it it just starts up windows XP as normal.
