I managed to seriously mess up my Windows 7 on my laptop, during a system restore I unpowered my laptop because I thought it was frozen as it was running for over an hour. Ever since then whenever I try to enter windows I will get a blue screen for a split second then it will restart itself. It happens no matter what I try to boot to, safe mode, last known good configuration, and every other option I tried. Hi there, I have been working feverishly for the last few days trying to get an XP pseudo-server-machine running after having been nominally messed up by a recent Peachtree Update. I have managed to get the most necessary applications up and running (ShipGear, UPS WorldShip) -- all except for Peachtree Premium 2011. It is rather important that this is resolved as there is a large amount of information and business transactions dependent on Peachtree being functional on this system. A system restore to a point before the Peachtree updates has helped to resolve the problems with the other programs on the computer, but for some reason Peachtree refuses to run correctly....…

hi am using vaio laptop. when i tried to create recovery media using recovery function of vaio care am getting a error message as this feature is not supported in audit mode. exit audit mode and restart vaio care. i tried the solutions suggested in some forums to edit the registry.i have two files in that "default" & "image state". I edited both of this and deleted the values in that. only 4 zeros are left which i couldnot able to delete as it is disabled for deleting. The problem is not cleared. Outlook 2010. After previously fat fingering the delete function on an address causing the loss, I searched for a way of getting it restored to the TO auto-complete list. Found some interesting and sometimes complex solutions, but one in the Windows 7 section inspired me to try something. I created a new e-mail,manually entering the address I wanted restored, clicked OPTIONS in the e-mail Ribbon, selected Delay Delivery, then closed Outlook. Ever since installing IE8 I would have an instance of iexplore in task manager for each site opened This has recently change to onyl one instance when launching desktop shortcuts. The IE icon on the dekstop or in quick launch will open a new instance. but desktop shortcuts won't. When I try to access internet listening on Sirius XM I receive a blank screen with a message to load Flash player. I have unistalled and installed the latest version of Flash player several times and still receive the same message. When I reduce the screen and put the "mouse arrow" over it at the bottom of my monitor I can see the screen, but when I click on it and make it full size it is a blank screen with the Flash player message at the top. From previous posts and answers, the solution to this problem is to disable the Bluetooth add-in. However, my question is therefore "Why should I have to do that?". When I recently purchased a new laptop, I specifically selected a model that had built-in Bluetooth (a Samsung RV-520) because I want to be able to send files to other devices via Bluetooth, which is not rocket science as I am sure you will agree. As this problem appears to occur on every machine that has built-in Bluetooth functionality, surely the fault lies in a bug in 64 bit Word 2010. I made a slight configuration change to IE9 in the Citrix Environment I look after. I modified the welcome page to an internal page. This was just a welcome to the company / citrix environment page. I usually do all my testing in a Citrix Desktop (where these modifications worked). When I moved to using IE withing a seamless window, they did not work. I successfully downloaded Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 online from a link provided to me from my employer. I have been charged on my credit card account for the software, however, when I enter the Product Key provided in my confirmation receipt for the software purchase, the following happens: The key is incorrect. Verify you have the correct key, and then retype it. I copied the key from my receipt and then pasted it into the Product Activation Key box. I did verify the complete series of numbers were copied over and verified the numbers copied correctly. Same response. How do I activate the software I have paid for? Thanks for your help. I use Windows XP. I have successfully downloaded MicroSoft Sec. Essentials, but somehow it is not activated because I get an error code that reads: 0x4FF02. I believe I had already removed any old security/firewall protection from my desktop.
