I just download windows 7 64 bit RTM 2 days ago, after install windows reboot and hang up at Auto Detecting AHCI, with this problem I can not get into bios, If i want get into bios setup I have to unplug my SATA 320GB seagate hard drive. I did not have this problem with windows 7 RC version ( I use the same configuration and the same hard drive to test). Hi everyone. Previously, the Internet Radio portion of the Windows Media Guide worked properly. At windowsmedia.com, select internet radio, say select news and talk as the genre category. Now, it shows four radio stations, where as previously, it showed many more radio stations. There is this circle of dots going around and around indicating a search is in progress, but the search does not end. Does anyone know how I can get Windows Media to show more radio stations? Hi All, We are following steps described in this article - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff602181.aspx . However it won't work and will terminate with error code 1 - "Setup ended with error code 1". Further investigations has shown that error is produced by start-up batch script due to Invalid switch - "/config". Please Help! I have Windows 7 Starter on HP Notebook and had IE7. IE wouldn't open when I clicked on the icon. Only opens in safe mode (with networking). I ran malware in normal and safe mode, nothing appears wrong. I ran latest updates, so it appears I have IE8 now but IE still won't open in normal mode.
