I have 50 Optiplex 780's that I'm about to deploy. I have installed Windows 7 Enterprise on one of the machines to create an image that I would use for the rest of the machines. I customized it with all of our software and settings. I am trying to add a network driver to a 64 bit Windows 7 boot image. I get the error: Error Occurred while trying to execute this command. Error Code: 0xc1420127 The driver is for an HP 8540p. I was able to add drivers to it before but it seems like anything 64 bit won't take. I've deleted and reinstalled the image to no avail. I have a brand new Acer laptop that runs 64 bit Windows 7 and IE 9. IE 9 will not open Facebook or Hotmail. I get a blank white page. Facebook's toolbar shows up, but nothing else. I have tried taking down the firewall, resetting all internet options, checking "use software rendering instead of GPU rendering", and putting all sites into compatibility mode. I've just installed microsoft security essentials before removing kaspersky internet security 7.0 (i had just disabled it's protection, it's autostart and exited the application). during installation, i received an error message that said, it could not be completed. i went online and followed the advice of microsoft, where it said something about change the way windows started using msconfig. so i did. the installation went well afterwards, only that my wifi and other programs failed to boot because i had followed microsofts advice and removed them from msconfig. also, security essentials was not starting and the security center had been turned off. i tried re-enabling …

I successfully sysprep and imagex windows 7, everything works out good including copy profile and customized applications, EXCEPT, that all settings about Start Menu, Power Option, Screen Saver, Desktop Wallpaper, and Tastbar...are LOST!
