I had my drive wiped & Windows 7 (Ultimate) installed. I had moved all my documents and pictures etc on to my external hard drive. I ran a MSE scan on my external hard drive. The folder with my pictures & documents came up clean. A separate folder with an old One Care Backup indicated the presecence of mailcious software within the One Care Backup. How do I delete the old One Care Backup from my external hard drive, as when I try to delete I am told I do not have access to it? kb2619340 was recently installed on my Win XP SP3 OS and now my media center is getting application exceptions when I try to record or watch TV shows. The application error shows ehshell.exe as the application. I have used media center to record TV shows for many years so this is a crisis for me. Hi, My company is using Novell 6.5 for network printer. We install IPP for printers. But when the laptop is not connected to the domain (outside office network), the laptop respond is extremely slow. Either open word, excel, Outlook, or Windows Explorer, it will take more then 10-15mins to respond. I check the "Printer and Fax", those IPP printers show "Opening" for the status, ff I end the spooler service, they can be open in a normal speed. Is there any fix for this? I have a new computer. I have gotten windows 7 on it. I decided to try IE9. I have downloaded this. But the pages I load are missing pictures. As well, almost everthing is white. I am not getting alot of color. I see buttons. But they are outlined in blac, and white like the background. So not really getting any color. I am not really an idiot when it comes to computer. I checked under tools and advanced options for show pictures. I also made sure that the colors option on the windows options was correct. I even tried the rest all options to default.
