Recently, tried going into MyPhone website, but realised that everything's gone. I read an article saying that all the old documents had been migrated to SkyDrive. Yes I am having a similar problem since installing .net framework 4.0 I uninstalled some software and reinstalled the software on the win 7 32 bit. I had .net frame work 3.5 installed and verified all the other installs using the verify tool, but since installing .NET 4.0 I was having some strange little problems with software. Then quite by accident I ran one of the disks setup.exe manually and Win 7 gives me a notice that the program requires .NET 2.0 and 3.5 they were installed and verified the .NET 1.1 etc. Don't understand how they got uninstalled and 3.5 is turned on in windows. I purchased Office Professional Plus 2010 thru MoDot (Missouri Department of Transportation) for me to use at home. I had to do a system recovery and I'm trying to re-install Office from the backup disc and it is saying the code is not correct. The code I have is 99994-672-678-221 x12-08297. For personal reasons, I want to start using IE9 as my primary browser again, after years of using Chrome. However, due to vision problems, one major feature I -need- is high-contrast for just IE9. The Windows 7 high-contrast setting causes application specific display problems, so I can't use it. Chrome had plugins from third parties that achieved this in different ways. I cancelled my msn dial-up account on Dec 21, 2011. Today I received a bill on my credit card statement for $21.95 for msn dial-up. My main concern is that my account number had been changed due to fraudulant charges in the summer of 2011. While all of the other automatic payments on my account needed to be updated it seems the Microsoft was able the get the information and continue to bill my account for services that have been confirmed as cancelled.
