Hello guys ., I have a basic HDD of 160GB., 2GB of DDR2 RAM .,2.1Ghz AMD Sempron processor At first i was able to install two to three OS on different partitions , it was all working fine, but in between i converted my Disk to dynamic accidently ., however i got it back to basic by deleting all partitions an installing win 7 on C: But for my Practice i had to install windows Server Enterprise 2008 on other partition., i installed it but now my windows 7 wont boot. :( At first i used to get list of OS installed and it prompted for my choice ., but now it automatically gets booted to Win Server 2008., Now how can i get that list of opearting system back before boo…

MS update fails to install the latest cummulative Security update with a generic error code. Quick search did not reveal any obvious solution. MS update just turns around and keeps prompting to install the same update, which fails again. I have installed windows Ultimate 64 bits, on installing I by passed product key incorrectly believing I could activate later. It now appears that I need to start again with a disk format install my old copy of vista 34 bit (Which is an upgrade), then reinstall windows 7, and of cause all my software. I am a computer repair guy and after reading an article by Ed Bott on CNet, "Lost your Windows discs? How to get replacement media, legally". I have concluded Microsoft makes it impractical for a lower middle class to low class person to have a legal windows computer. Especially if God forbids it breaks. Hi! :) I have a Samsung PM800 256GB SSD. I made an image backup two nights ago with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Then yesterday I had some issues with partition alignment which somehow botched the Windows Repair/Recovery Environment found in "Repair Your Computer" when you hit F8 on boot. Windows, however, was fine after a startup repair and the partition was aligned perfectly. :) However, I couldn't get the Recovery Environment back so I did a fresh install of Windows Professional 64-bit onto my system. I purchased Office 2010 for military members. I downloaded and installed and entered the product key, and everything was fine. I can open and use any part of the office suite, and open files I have through the file/open/ selection, but when I try to just double click on a document or powerpoint I get a window opening saying the office product necessary to open this file is not installed, and the option to buy a product key(again!), purchase 2010(again!) or use Office Starter. Hello I bought MS Office Professional 2010 from a 3rd party vendor last June. Due to other issues with my computer I didn't install it until a few days ago. When I applied the product code from the package it wouldn't authenticate via internet so I called and got an automated operator. When I provided the product code I was told that there was no record of the product code I gave. I verified the number and it is what was in the package. Hi, i recently installed Windows Security Essentials but didn't like it so I unistalled it, Since then I can no longer run System Mechanic Pro 10. I get an error message "IoloSystemService" is required for System Mechanic to operate properly and could not be started. When I click on ISS to start it, it tries then stops. Now my problem is, If this can't be resolved without my reinstalling Widows, I'm going to be really annoyed. To my mind it's a Microsft problem not Iolo's. Hi, everyone...I'm really hoping someone can help me with this. I've never posted in a forum like this so I will do my best to give all the details you might need... I can open IE9 but nothing loads. The page is blank. Nothing even looks like it is loading. No error messages, no links, nothing. It won't load an address typed into the address bar either. The page is completely white. I also don't have menu options like under 'tools' most of the choices are grey like 'internet options' and so I cannot click on them.
