Hi, I recently setup two new workstations running Windows 7 32-bit SP1 and Office 2010. I migrated over two users from Windows XP SP3 workstations using Office 2010. After setting the users up in Outlook, I am unable to connect to the POP3 account, unless I set incoming to SSL. The email provider does not support SSL, so when I set it up this way, I constantly receive an Internet Security Warning "The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that has not been verified" error 0x00000057. When I look in My Computer on the local pc that was connecting to the remote office I see a mapped drive T that I believe was going to the SBS 2003 R2 server and the following path \\192.168.0.254\hkwg This connects to server at remote office. At this time Real Player recognizes SMI (aka SMIL, Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language) files and plays them. I would prefer to use Windows Media Player. I have a Samsung Omnia2 (GT-i8000L) running on Windows 6 (or maybe 6.5). The Active Sync works well with Outlook and Excel. Word does not work. I have tried: 1. Active Sync - nothing happens 2. I have dragged Word .doc files from my PC into the My Documents folder of the Samsung (that is also where the Excel files which work are). When I click on the file name in GT-i8000\ . . . . . Hi i have a server i am setting up and i made a image with the windows built in backup software and i am trying to test it on another server and as i go throw the restore wizzard it does not see the image. I know Windows see my jump drive which is where the image lives. So what am i doing wrong that windows 2008 cd does not see the image on my jump drive? thanks steve

I have been getting disappointing results since I upgraded to IE9. I regularly experiece "waiting for ..." delays When surfing, and they regularly last for a minute or more -- sometimes interminable, necessitating a stop. I tried going back to IE8, and these delays seemed to go away. But when I upgraded to IE9 again, they returned. This can't be due to the computer or the internet provider ... I have Google Chrome and Firefox on the same computer, and they don't exhibit the same behavior. This problem is definitely specific to IE9. security essentials found trojan and removed it (Java type),for last 2days rscmde has been on taskbar(stopped working),have removed svchost.exe from windows/system folder,have ran command prompt sfc/scannow, all system files ok,have not yet run msconfig clean boot or restart error check. I have a server running windows server 2008 with a vitrtualbox VM running openVPN access server on it. everything was working great and then I did a reinstall for a hardware upgrade and added the active directory role since this new setup the I cannot access the VM from outside the network. all the ports are forwarded properly and I can access other resources on the internal network from outside. I can access the VPN login pages from the local nework using the FQDN. It seems to me that windows server is not letting outside ip addresses access the VM but the VM is using a bridged network card.
