I have seen similar questions to this but I haven't found an answer anywhere. Can someone tell me how to mount an image that consists of an RWM file and one or more WIM files? Mounting the WIM file with DISM returns the error "1812 the specified image file did not contain a resource section". Also, how can you find the contents of an RWM file? Hi All, I have MS Office Professional Plus 2010 (32-bit) installed on my laptop (Dell XPS 1530, 4 GB, Inyel Core 2 Duo) running on Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. My problem is that right click drop down menu not working in MS Word. When i select some word and press right click, the drop down menu appears for about a second and disappears as soon as i try to perform any action (like copy, paste, alignment etc). Interestingly, it works fine (ie appears normaly) when i use the key-board shortcut, next to Alt and Ctrl buttons). I guess this is something to do with the display options of MS Office. I have a client who can't see images in Outlook 2010 - the Trust Center is set to allow downloaded images, but they still don't show. They show up as a black outline - they aren't clickable/downloadable, nor is there a red x that might indicate a damaged file. The same issue occurs if he tries to send an HTML image. I have gone through all the settings I can think of and can't find anything that seems amiss. The system is running Windows 7, IE9, (was 8, didn't make any difference) Office 2010. Sometimes just on Windows 7 happens that the list can be normally open but it's impossibile to scroll and select items from it. I have a script that will rename the computer to our companies naming standard. However, the Compurtername variable in he unattend.xml overwrites my script. Is it possible to configure a group policy preference (i.e. not to enforce the setting) for "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" for IE8 and IE9? I've read about KB2530309, where one can apply a hotfix and have group policy preferences work for IE9. However, the Internet Settings preference item doesn't provide a setting for compatibility view. I don't want to enforce this setting in our organization. My intention is to flip the switch and allow our users to be able to turn it off again if need be. I've also combed for this setting in the Internet Explorer Administration Kit but couldn't find it. We are migrating from XP to Windows 7 and using USMT offline to migrate user settings etc. Printers are migrated but on the users first login if the user trys to set their default printer they receive the following error message:- "Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000709) Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network." The printer is in fact installed and it is possible to print a test print, just not set the default printer. The issue is resolved by restarting the print spooler (or logging out and back in or rebooting or re-installing the printer) so is only an issue during the users first login. …

I am having an issue where the windows features under Internet Information Services/World Wide Web Services/Application Development Features will not install. Specifically those which are clicked on when one clicks on ASP.NET. All necessary versions of ASP.NET are installed. IIS 7 is installed. In the Event Log there are two errors which are shown in conjunction with this problem. 1. Hey there, I have just upgraded from Vista to Window 7, and now my printer won't print in A3 after adjusting the print settings to do so. It will print A4, just not A3. I am able to print via another PC which is still running Vista, and it prints in A3 without any problem. The problem I am having is with being able to push updates which I have got from the Microsoft Office 365 portal and saved on the network. Once saved there I can push them to all machines with Intune no problem, but they seem to go from being an .exe file on Intune to an .msp on the local computer. The Update does not run, it just sits there and so I would have to manually go round and run this .msp anyway. Is there a way I can get this .exe file to push through intune and run silently on the local computer. I have tried various command lines but with no luck.
