Ever since I updated Windows 11 to version 23H2, there was a strange problem with the Notepad. When I type a word, only the "|" are shown instead of words. I have a folder with 150 video files. Previously I set the default app for these files as the VLC media players. Now I want to change the default app to iTunes.I can successfully change the default app for the PC from the VLC Player to iTunes using the System Settings/Apps/Default Apps options. This laptop, Lenovo Ideapad was given to me secondhand with probably an admin Microsoft account used to log into it and S Mode already switched on, which I don't have access to, pin, nor password, anything. Hi.My PC dies on me while gaming, everything is fine and then in 1 sec boom, everything's black, no power. When this happens I can't power it back on for about ~20 minutes. I have an external SSD to store the Sims 4, and all my mods and custom content for the game. The game however, requires the mods folder to be in my document's folder on my computer. To resolve this, I decided to move the game to my computer, but establish a symbolic link between the mod folder on my laptop and the mod folder on my SSD, this way, I wouldn't need to have to store them all on my computer, but the game could still "find" them.
