I've had a issue with my USB device for 3 weeks probably now...I've fixed the problem temporarily trying ideas I've found on the web including the whole unplug your computer power cable from the wall for 20 seconds to a min then plug it back in to let the motherboard reset(which worked for a whole 3 days). I recently got a laptop with a Starter version of Microsoft Office 2010 installed on it. As this Starter version does not give full use of the features within Excel, I wanted to install my Home and Student Office 2007. I installed Office 2007 alongside the Starter 2010, however this caused quite a few problems with File associations so I decided to uninstall Office 2010, unfortunately this meant that Office 2007 also did not work as I believe I hadn't installed and uninstalled things in the right order. Hi. We have a Dell desktop that is a few years old, it has never done anything more than had Office installed on it to run a powerpoint presentation (al la a stat's screen). It's since been upgraded to a voicemail/data handler for our telecoms but for some reason RRAD was enabled and caused the SIP data to be re-routed incorrectly. What I need to establish is when RRAD was enabled and by whom, can any of this be obtained? would there be any logs to show it was installed? anyway to get even just the date/time it was enabled? anything? Hi, I am tring to download file in IE 9 and the page which behind the dialog box(file download) should be closed after the file opened. It is possible and working fine in IE 8 because separate dialog window is opened for file download (used Onblur event to close the window). But In the case of IE9,Notification bar appears at the bottom of the page and does not change the current focus. So I am not able to close the page. Hello, I created a custom IE9 install by using the Microsoft IEAK9. The source used for the custom install and destination OS is the same, Windows 7 Pro x86. My install works perfectly with the correct customizations. However, when I run the msiexec /x {GUID} uninstall key from the command line, I am prompted to locate the IE9 Msi installer. When I point it to the IEAK Output MSI file (which it already had found) it complains about not being a valid IE installer package. When I look at the details of the IE9-Setup-Full.msi I see a different product GUID than listed in the registry uninstall key, however if I attempt to use that key I get the "product is not installed" er…

Hello, I am having problem only with ie8 on windows XP sp3 and no problem with windows 7. Problem description: My telephony application when presses F9 key it will connect to LDAP server. After connecting to it if we search for the name it will list results along with their numbers. If we click on the number call will get established. Hi Expert, I need to add some new TTS to Windows. After intall the MSSpeech_TTS_fr-FR_Hortense.msi, the French selection should appear in the voice selection of text to speech window but not appear. In the same time, the French cannot be read in Microsoft Word. German TTS has the same behavior.Is the installer correct or where is the correct installer? Any tips for speeding up login times for win7? It takes 1 min 42 sec in windows, but only 12 seconds in osx. And the osx default profile is 4x as big (200 megs vs 50 megs). I have office 2007 and adobe cs3 among many other things installed. The only antivirus I have is windows defender. The mac is a 3 ghz 2 core with 4 gigs ram. After reciving my new HP computer having an AMD FX-6100 and running Win 7 Pro and enabling VM in the BIOS the XP mode still won't install. Research brought me to find out that there is a problems installing the XP mode with AMD Bulldozer-based processors. I even found the hotfix for the problem and downloaded the OPK. The instructions are calling for a Install.wim file that I can not find. The rest of the instructions seem pretty straight forward but where is this file? Is there a better patch for the problem I am having? or is there one on the way in the near future? The reason for me purchasing Pro was because of the XP mode so it is important to get it to work …

I trying to get my windows pe 3.0 image to detect my laptops intel centrino n 6205 wireless card. I don't need the wireless to work really I just want to be able to find the MAC address of the wireless card. I've injected the drivers offline as well as inside pe using drvload.
