I've read everything I can find on the subject, but it's just not working. Here's what I have Server 2008 at Server 2003 domain functional level since I have branch DCs running 2k3. Hi gang, After I installed IE9. My outlook 2007 tells me" Outlook is not currently your default program for e-mail..." WHY??? Yes, if I change the "Default Program" the message is gone. The problem is that I'm building images for 5000 clients and We can't tell client to change there default program. How can we make IE9 not change the default? I currently have a VAIO WinXP32 system. I use MSN Premium, which provides Webroot SpySweeper for MSN and McAfee Antivirus Plus MSN Edition as part of the package. MSN Premium is being terminated on March 1, 2012, so I will be losing these security programs. Additionally, I understand that Windows Defender may also be discontinued in April 2012. If I download and use Microsoft Secuirity Essentials, will it effectively replace the SpySweeper, McAfee and Windows Defender programs, or is there a better approach? Hello I am running Windows 7 Home Premium on a Dell Inspiron 1545. I recently encountered an issue with my computer where there was some sort of memory leak that was causing constant freeze ups. Also, the sound on on any sort of media (iTunes, Netflix, youtube, etc.) would glitch every 30 seconds or so. By that I mean it would sound as if the computer was lagging, but it was not always happening at the same times the computer freezing was. Hi, I enabled Content Advisor on some of our computers in our Law Office to block certain websites from being used. Now I'm trying to disable Content Advisor in IE9 and it won't do it. I'll click on the button to disable it and it will ask for the password and I'll put the password in and click on apply. At that time it shows that its disabled. Then when I close out of IE9 and then open it back up again its enabled again..... When I print from internet explorer 8 the normal text prints fine, but of there is anything in a text box it only comes out as a black bar. As if IE8 ir redacting my print outs.
