I installed the language-pack but I get the message “You can't not install this package. I am borrowing an iPAQ 200 series enterprise handheld from a colleague and cannot get it to work on my desktop computer (Windows 7 platform). When I run ActiveSync, it cannot locate the PDA, which I've connected via USB. I've tried a different cable and a different USB port with no effect. I have implemented IURLSearchHook interface. It is working fine with Internet Explorer 8, i.e. Translate method of that interface is getting called for IE8 when different URL protocol is used. My account has been hacked, and I have historical emails that include sensitive information. I need to know how I can regain control of my account. The hacker has changed the default email address and the password. I have been in a war zone for the last two months, and don't recall enough of the "Latest" email recieved or sent, or exact sub-folder titles for the account recovery to recognize me as the person to hold the account for the last 12 years. I can't get Windows Mobile Device Center to open in Win 7 Ult 64. Error Message: wmdc.exe - Net Framework initalization error, unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application. Odly enough, I have win 8 on another partition and it found the phone with win 6 std and installed wmdc on its own. Any ideas on getting WMDC to work on win 7 and recognize the phone.
