have an issue with office 2010 activiation in that it keeps popping up stating it's not activated after the activation key has been succesfully entered on new win7 workstations. This is volume licensing. Am thinking this could be from the fact that the shrink wrapped oem version of office was first on the workstation and not uninstalled before the volume version was installed. Is this possible? if so, is there a way i can uninstall the oem version silently and remotely without having to go to the workstation. Continue reading...

I have windows 7 64 bit service pack 1, and MSE version not beta, it has picked up 4 items, one is Exploit:JS/ Blacole.AR another is Exploit:Java/CVE-2010-0840.PC and then 3rd one is Exploit:Java/CVE-2010-3544.gen!A the last one let me delete it in the quarentine, but now these will not show up again to finish deleting them. The only thing different I did after I removed the first one(this is the first time MSE has ever caught anything on my comp) was I went to history and read the definitions page on the Blacole.AR and tried to sumbit a report on it, as it did not give much info on it. Can anyone help me, as I don't want my computer to get viruses or malware to get emb…

I don't use my computor every day, & when I haven't turned it on for 2-4 days, I always get a question mark on my Update line. I have to manually UPDATE each time, because it doesn't do it automatically. Some one told me that was due to the security ststem I'm running (MSE). I'd ATT, that came with system, but, when the free Kaspersky trial ran out, my husband couldn't seem to get the old system to run. That's why we're running MSE. BY the way, is MSE always FREE? Any how, if any one can help with my questions, I'ld be very GREATFUL!!! Also, our introductory ATT price is about to run out. From $14.95 - $35.00---- TOO much! If anyone has a program they use & like …
