I was on the Warehouse clothing website when a survey popped up, I completed a questionnaire and since then I have been inundated with unwanted pop-ups asking me to complete surveys. I realise now that the original pop up was a virus, so I researched options for security and discovered that Microsoft offer a free anti-virus software for genuine microsoft customers. It located the virus through a full scan and once complete it had found and removed the virus, however it has since returned. I only got my laptop for Christmas and it's proving to make my experience almost unbearable. Does anyone know why this virus came back and have any idea of how I can remove this…

I am trying to download everything from safe upgrades on Microsoft website to photos Ive taken and sending via email to myself... everything with the exception of Windows automatic updates gets an error message at lower left corner of screen with the little red shield stating that the file was deleted as it had a virus. Enable background sync is enabled through GPO. When Documents folder redirection is set to "\\%servername%\%Username%$" Sync Center works properly and appears in sync center. When we change the redirection to "\\%servername%\Users$\%Username%\Documents" Sync Center does not start up automatically and does not show the sync partnership. I can sync the documents folder manually by right clicking and selecting Sync but it will not automatically using sync center. I originally thought it may be a permission issue but the fact that I can sync manually and that it works by redirecting to %username%$ (shared at the Documents folder) makes me think otherwise. When installing Windows 7 RTM Professional x86, on an otherwise perfectly healthy computer, when we reach the part: Extracting Windows Files, the installation just stops. Different people report different levels, but for me it was 10%. I have Windows XP, a Dell Dimension E510 Received a virus threat: W32.Blaster.Worm. I could not open anthing, not even Microsoft Security Essentials. I shut down the computer and restarted. I got the following: Rogue:Win32/FakeRean, Alert Level: Severe. Not sure what happened next but I was able to run a full scan with Microsoft Security Essentials. Hi There, When I go to the website www.iegallery.com (or use the options of IE) to change and add add-ons I'm unable to install them. Twice this morning I have gotten a text on my phone that says, "Windows Live Verification Code: (with the code) Visit sms.live.com to complete verification and I didn't request a verification code, nor do I want a windows live account on my phone.
