Hi, I have Office Home and Student 2010 installed on my PC- Windows 7 and my Netbook- Windows 7 Starter. The "ink to math" feature works fine on the PC, however the "ink to text" feature is grayed out. The Tablet PC components are turned on, and as 'ink to maths' works, I cannot understand why 'ink to text' does not. Neither 'ink to text' or 'ink to maths' are available on the netbook. Is this a Windows Starter issue? All of my notebooks, on both devices, are in 2010 format, not 2007. Is there some way of resolving this? Thanks in advance. Continue reading...

I realise that this isn't an AVG forum but I was wondering whether anyone could help me with a problem I have. I'm trying to install Teamviewer on a friend's PC so that I can log in remotely and help them with problems. However when I try to install the program I get a message that says AVG Internet Security is blocking the install and the program needs to be added to the safe programs. However I can't find that option anywhere in AVG program or in the AVG Help and website suuport pages. Greetings! Win7 x64 & Office 2010 x64 professional with SP1. When we try to send mail using 3rd party program a message appears: There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, if One is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel. If we do this in x86 version it works like a charm. I did a lot of Googling&Binging, but no sucessfully solution found yet. 1. I checked in WIN7 default programs that Outlook is set up as a default program. 2. Dear all, We are using Citrix XenDesktop with Provisioning Image. We had set that everynight, all provisioning image will be restart so the Win 7 will be always fresh. We had also set that the My Document and Desktop files are redirected to a network drive to work with Roaming Profile. However, another problem is encountered. Our users report that they had edit the file in their Desktop and the next day, they found the file is not the most update one. Having checked the issue, we suspect that the problem is due to the offline file sync issue. Bonjour ~ Until recently, my computer and Security Essentials got along well together, but to my frustration that's no longer the case. My desktop (Vista-home basic/32-bit) crashes 30 min. into a Full Scan when using either Security Essentials or Malicious Software Removal Tool. I successfully installed a downloaded version Office 2010 professional plus in August 2011. At that time I also purchased a backup disk of the software. However, the computer overheated and is now completely inoperable. I have the new replacement computer onto which I need to re-install the software from the backup disk. My girlfriend had a laptop that was in rough shape that wasn't being used. I bought it off of her and formatted the bejesus out of it... Next I inserted my copy of XP Pro into it and began the installation, can't find drivers for some of the hardware. Started to write my own but as I have been working in the dark for too long and away from the vast and ever changing world of computing I quickly gave that up. Using a Toshiba Satellite M305D certified copy of XP Pro. P.S. I have a fresh installation of Windows 7 (64) and Office 2010 (64). Any time I double-click on a document to open it (that is, any time I open a document from Windows Explorer), Word 2010 crashes. This includes situations where Word 2010 is already running and I open a doc or docx from Windows. This also happens with NEWLY CREATED documents.
