I have been trying for a while now to make a Password Reset Disk using Windows 7, but have been unsuccessful. It asks me to insert removable media such as a floppy disk or USB Flash drive to start the wizard. I am trying to learn how to use Hindi on windows 7. I dragged the Mangal font into the font folder in the windows directory, but I still can't see how to use it. When I open the Mangal font, the letters are in English, rather than hindi. Can anyone direct me to instructions to install this? (Most instructions seem to be for XP). I have used WAIK to build a simple unattend.xml file that only has the CopyProfile key set to TRUE. I have nothing else defined. Today, I was in a hurry and not thinking so I ran Microsoft Upate without manually creating a restore point. I have the automatic System Restore turned off and use symantec Ghost. So, I've spent all day trying to get Windows 7 Professional 32bit to allow me to reinstall my drivers for these devices. I have not really tried the serial card yet, but here is what I have done for the Video and Sound drivers. 1. I redownloaded the driver install from AMD and tried to run it. It got errors. 2. MSE says that my computer is potentially unprotected because my virus and spyware definitions havent been updated in at least seven days. When I click on the orange update button, it searches for updates says its installing them, but then goes back to the same message. Also the date that it says when it lasted checked for an update is one month ahead of the days date. Continue reading...
