I am getting following error and does not seem to be getting any help from Microsoft support team. "Your Order is in Review Status" error I order Office 2010 via Microsoft HUP program -and order# is CNL109800201 . Called Microsoft support team and was told that someone will review and get back to me (case reference# 1173296161). Next day received an error message and was told that credit information was incorrect. (This is wrong because I can even see the hold of charged amount in pending transactions). Hi, I have an issue with Microsoft Security Essentials. Suppose I scan a folder or drive and during the scan , it shows that harmful software may be present. (I forgot what it says, but it appers after a caution sign near the bottom). Now, if I cancel the scan, then it doesn't show that viruses exist in the folder//drive. Please make a fix for this issue. Running WinXP. Deleted MSE successfully. Attempted loading both AVG and McAffee anti-virus programs and both said that MSE was still present. I had several updates ready to be installed so I downloaded them and installed them. I had four left.. all drivers such as audio and video drivers. After it restarted, it went to the "Starting Windows" screen, then quickly flashed a blue screen then restarted again. What came up was the "Launch Startup Repair or Start Windows Normally" I've tried using the Windows 7 disk to try to repair but none of the repairs worked. Can't get into safe mode or any other mode. Tried restoring to a previous date but they all failed. If I choose "Start Windows Normally" it will just keep cycling to the two choices above. Greetings, Persistent BSOD that seems unrelated to any driver, as you see here in the last one, seamonkey.exe refers only to the downloader which was busy downloading a large file. No browser open. No other apps. running but itself, may have had screensaver kick in while I was away. This error can be duplicated consistently on high load file transfers between any drives, including USB. Hi everybody, I wanted to configure the local Administrator account on the Windows 7 image with it's own wallpaper, desktop shortcuts, pinned shortcuts, etc...However, if CopyProfile setting = False in unattend.xml, all of these changes get reset after sysprep. If CopyProfile=True, the changes all stay but when I log in as a domain user, all of these changes get copied over to the user's profile and so users get the Administrator wallpaper and shortcuts.
