Help Please. I am using Windows 7 with MSE. My last Scheduled Windows backup on Sunday failed to complete and every time I now try to run Windows backup the backup fails to complete and MSE picks up a severe threat - "Exploit:Java/Blacole.EE ". When MSE tries to "clean" the severe threat status shows "not found" but is then shown in History as "removed" . The Item detail is:- file:\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy36\Users\Peter\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\56\4da13478-5d2354ac.A2jDD8B6B3015417->fa.class. I'm trying to burn a CD on my Windows Media Player on Windows XP SP3, and Windows Media Player shows on the left side pane that there is a blank CD in my CD drive when there is, but the right pane where I insert the songs I want to burn doesn't seem to update with the CD being in the CD drive and it still keeps saying "insert a blank CD"! I've tried shutting it down, turning it back on, restarting it, refreshing the devices, opening and closing the CD drive again with the CD in it, blowing on the CD tray to try and release any dust that may be in there, and nothing seems to be working to remedy this problem! I have been having no problem with MSE until two days ago. Fair enough I saw that I needed to scan my PC (as MSE went from green to orange) so I did a full scan. Next day MSE went orange again demanding I scan again...so I did. This morning the same thing happened...so I scanned again and this afternoon I got the orange warning again demanding a scan. I have time on an axis from 2p to 9p. I need 30-minute increments. It's not working correctly. The increments are 31 mintues apart, starting at 4:30. And I can't get the max time of 9p. I've tried using military time, decimals, and different combinations of numbers. Can you tell me what values to place in the Axis Options fields to get time from 2p to 9p in 30-minute increments? Hello, I am using windows 7 and recently got a virus that kept telling me i had to install "Win 7 Home Security 2012" when i tried to open an executable. I got rid of the virus, but now, when i open any executable files, i get and "Entry point not found" error box as if i am missing a dll. Once i click ok, the executable opens and works as expected. I would like to get rid of the annoying alert boxes and have trues to clean my registry using ccleaner, but i still have the same problems. I recently fell victim to a man-in-the-middle trojan that hijacked my account for a popular online game. A full scan of MSE said my system was clean. I'm awesome and was able to find it with a lot of perusing the registry and google-fu. I have cleaned my system, moved the file to a place where it will never be executed, and would like to send it to the support team for analysis and addition to MSE's definitions. How can I do this?
