Hi there, Just wanted to introduce myself...My name's Ryan, I'm studying for my degree in computer networking as well as also studying for my CCNA and MCITP accreditations - so far I've completed work on the Windows 7 and Server 2008 Module, next is the AD one... I have experience from working in industry with both Windows Client and Server OS's, and hope you guys can help me furthur that, and I help you if I can too :) Hope you are all having a good day!

Hi! My name is kind of confused. I am new to all of this stuff. I am hoping for all of your patience and understanding regarding some questions I may have that may seem stupid or trivial. I am just a little bit confused about the simplest of things such as connecting my client to my server, or having multiple servers. I have purchased a couple books that say they are for beginners, however, it seems like the books assume that one already knows how to connect client to server. Anyway, I hope to learn a lot from you guys. Thank you! :)

Hello to all you MS folks. I'm from Croatia, 25 years old. I'm currently in possesion of Cisco CCNP and CCDA. I have experiance in core networking, MPLS, etc, but recently I changed a job and I found my self eyes to eyes with MS 2k8 server, i accepted job of junior server administrator because I know i don't have very much experiance with it. But I'm willing to learn and in past month i read numerous books on that topic. But books don't mean anything without real thing, so sorry in advance for stupid questions :)

Hi everyone, im Tiago from Portugal and im finishing a course in computing but it didnt touch to much with servers and stuff and now i have to do a tutorial "how to install server 2008 and make it hosting files in a local network"... And im a starter with the SO, i need some help to get the job done, put the server 2008 (server computer) hosting other computers in the local network files... it might be simple but im really strungling to learn and dunno how... so much to learn and i have no time... hope here i can get some useful help... and stay here to learn a few more things with time... who knows... regards
